NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the orders dated 06.10.1995 (Annexure P-5) dated 15.10.1996 (Annexure P-6) and to restore the order dated 05.08.1994 (Annexure P-3).

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of the Resolution passed by the petitioner - Society not to pursue the present writ petition. The same is taken on record. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed being not pressed.
