Mr. S.S. Bhinder, Advocate, for respondent No.2. RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing P.O. Order dated 09.09.2016 (Annexure P-2) passed in case FIR No.36 dated 19.03.2015 registered under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Kartapur, District Jalandhar.

As per report of the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court dated 15.12.2017, parties have settled their dispute amicably as per settlement (Flag-A) duly signed by them.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that he has no objection in case order dated 09.09.2016 (Annexure P-2) is quashed. In view of above, petition is allowed. Impugned order dated 09.09.2016 (Annexure P-2) is quashed.

Disposed of.
