RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.115 dated 04.04.2017 under Sections 188/279/336/379 IPC and Section 3(2) of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 registered at Police Station Sadar Ballabhgarh, District Faridabad, Haryana. Learned State counsel, after seeking instructions from Head Constable Narinder Singh, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for custodial interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 09.05.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. Petition disposed of accordingly.
