Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of judgment dated 23.03.2017 (Annexure P3) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bathinda whereby revision petition filed by respondents No.1 to 3 has been allowed, setting aside the well reasoned order dated 30.05.2016 (Annexure P1) passed by learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Phul in file No.38 dated 07.07.2015, dismissing the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the respondents for grant of interim maintenance 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that he has no instructions in the matter as he is not in touch with the petitioner.

Perusal of order sheets shows that the matter was last taken up on 03.05.2019 and there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the said date.
