The present revision petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 12.10.2023 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Camp Court at Hansi, District Hisar whereby an application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for grant of maintenance filed by the respondent herein was allowed.

In view of the judgment dated 24.01.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in FAO-5930-2023 titled as Rajni V/s Mohit, the impugned order is amenable to appeal under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984.

Faced with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file First Appeal against the Order.
