ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 22.12.2020 passed in CRM-M No.43387 of 2020, vide which a direction was issued to the Superintendent of Police, Rewari, to dispose of the representation.

As per the affidavit dated 28.06.2021, the FSL report was awaited and it is stated that on receiving the report, the investigation will be concluded in a time bound manner.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Ravi Kant, submits that the FSL report is received and the investigation will be completed within a period of 02 months from today and the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C., will be submitted before the Illaqa Magistrate, thereafter.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive this petition, if so advised.
