RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.474, dated 17.11.2018 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 323, 498-A, registered at Police Station Kurukshetra University, District Kurukshetra.

Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that after filing of this petition for quashing of the FIR on merits, he has filed another petition for quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise and hence he prays for withdrawal of this petition.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
