(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner before this Court that she was working as an Extension Lecturer since 11.08.2015 till 18.01.2018 at Government College Naraingargh (Ambala) and thereafter, vide letter dated 14.12.2018 (P-11), she was allowed to joined as Extension Lecturer in Physics in Government College, Kalka. But now vide impugned order dated 25.02.2019 (P-10), respondent No. 2 has issued the order of deputation of one Ms. Pooam Devi for three months in the college of the petitioner in her subject.
Petitioner is now seeking direction to the respondents to allow her to continue as Extension Lecturers and not to replace her against transfer or deputation of regular employees, temporary, contractual joining. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents to allow the petitioner to work till regular appointments are made and the petitioner shall not be replaced on the basis of transfer/deputation of regular employee, subject to the condition that her work and conduct is satisfactory. However, it is further made clear that if some new regular candidate joins, the petitioner can be relieved on the basis of last come first go, in view of Mrs. Rita Tondon vs. State of Haryana and others, passed in CWP No. 169752014, decided on 29.07.2016.
