As per office report, notices issued to the appellants have been received back with the report as under:- "Appellant No.1 - "unserved" as she has since died. Appellant No.2 - "unserved" as she is not residing at the given address.
Appellant No.3 - "unserved" as not available at the time of service.
Appellants No.4 to 8 - "unserved" as attorney has since died." There is no representation on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellants are reconciled with the factual aspect.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
