Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 170 dated 28.10.2014, registered under Section(s) 307, 324, 323, 341, 506, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station Shimlapuri, District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that co-accused of the petitioner in this case have been acquitted of the charges after trial. Having considered the fact that petitioner was declared proclaimed offender and he had totally violated the law and made mockery of the legal process while remaining away from the Court and there is absolutely no ground to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
