Challenged in the present appeals is to the concurrent findings recorded by the Courts below in a suit filed by the plaintiff-appellants for declaration and permanent injunction.

Since none was appearing on behalf of the appellant and notice was issued to the appellant. Mr.SC Chhabra, Advocate, who had filed the present appeal, is stated to have no instructions.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.

Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the appellant at the last known address, as also to the concerned SHO of the area to intimate the same. 5.
