**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside Memo No.TE/150/I/- VII/Recruitment/Admn-IV/3528 dated 01.02.2023 (Annexure P-14) issued by respondent No.3, vide which the candidature of the petitioner was rejected.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of her grievances, the petitioner will move a representation within two weeks from today and she would be satisfied if the said representation is ordered to be decided in a time bound manner.

On the asking of this Court, Mr. RS Budhwar, Additional AG Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State and submits that he has no objection if the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed. CWP-4502-2023 -2In view of the above and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the petitioner would be at liberty to move a representation for redressal of her grievances, within two weeks from today, if so advised.

On her doing so, respondent No.3-Director, Skill Development and Industrial Training Department, Haryana, is directed to decide the said representation, within a period of eight weeks thereafter, by passing a speaking order, as per law.
