The present regular second appeal is of the year 1989 and since 2016 none has been putting in appearance on behalf of the appellants. Vide order dated 19.01.2016, actual date notice was sent to the appellants to make alternative arrangements. As per service report, all the appellants No.1 to 6 have been duly served.
