(Oral) After arguing at length for some time, faced with the likely consequences, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from his client wishes to withdraw the present petition, however, reserving the right of the petitioner to knock the jurisdiction of this Court on the same very grounds upon completion of investigation.

Mr. Sabharwal on instructions from ASI Dharamvir Singh, Police Station, Central Faridabad, has made statement that the petitioner is required for custodial interrogation. Faced with this situation, counsel for the petitioner has opted to move appropriate court seeking relief under section 438 Cr.P.C.
