(Oral) Proxy counsel for the petitioner submits that with the changed circumstances, he wishes to withdraw the written request for adjournment dated 13.11.2018. Allowed to do so.
In compliance with orders dated 10.8.2018, a sum of Rs 15,000/- has been handed over to the complainant today in the Court. Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Baljit Singh, PS Sadar Tarn Taran submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute.
In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 23.4.2018 is made DALBIR SINGH TIWANA 2018.11.19 10:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.
Criminal Misc. No. M-16622 of 2018 (O&M) -2absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The petitioner shall abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
