NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the order dated 24.12.1998 (Annexure P-9), passed by respondent No.2 whereby the petitioner has been dismissed from service of respondent - Company. Further prayer has been made to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner w.e.f. the date of his illegal dismissal from service vide order dated 24.12.1998 (Annexure P-9) with continuity of service with all other consequential benefits arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his best efforts, he has not been able to get instructions from the legal representatives of the petitioner.

CWP No.486 of 1999 (O&M) In this view of the matter, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
