NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to release the grant-in-aid for payment of salary to the staff of the college. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner - College is getting grant-in-aid regularly from the State Government. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
