**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 70 dated 1.10.2015, registered under Sections 354, 354-B, 34 IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Sadar Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur.

Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 27.5.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 27.5.2016 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
