RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to respondents to consider his application for issuance of arms licence and weapon in his name under the Arms Act, 1959 read with Arms Rules, 2016. The file number of the applicant-petitioner is 950FAL and after verification, it was numbered as 172-LC.

In this regard, petitioner has given representation dated 04.11.2019 (P-4).

Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Without commenting upon merits of the case, this petition at this stage is being disposed of by giving direction to the respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 04.11.2019 (P-4) by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
