(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 and 2 to transfer the investigation of the case FIR No. 486 dated 17.06.2018 under Sections 323, 34, 342, 365, 376, 506 IPC registered at Police Station Sonipat City, District Sonipat (Annexure P-1) to some other Investigating Agency outside District Sonipat; or in the alternative present the status report of the present FIR.

CRM-M-9946-2019 (O&M) -2 - As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, Registry was directed to inform learned counsel for the petitioner to file process fee.

As per office report, notice issued to respondent No. 4 stands duly served. However, respondents No. 5 to 9 could not be served as the house was found locked.

Furthermore, learned counsel for the respondent-State, while referring to the reply dated 18.05.2019 filed by way of an affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, City Sonipat on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 submits that in para i) of the preliminary submissions, it has been stated that "cancellation report in the above said case has already been recorded on 07.01.2019". Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from ASI Brij Pal, informs that against the cancellation report dated 07.01.2019, the petitioner/complainant has filed protest petition which is now pending for 25.09.2024.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent-State, no further direction is required to be issued in the present case; and the same is accordingly disposed of.
