*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of appropriate writ for quashing the impugned order dated 21.02.1992 (Annexure P-5) and order dated 23.02.1999 (Annexure P-6).

A perusal of the orders sheets reveals that on 08.07.2024, the following order was passed:

"Learned counsel for respondent No.3 seeks an accommodation to get necessary instructions and assist the Court in the matter.

At his request, adjourned to 22.10.2024.

Petitioners be notified of the date fixed."

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that despite his best efforts, he has not been able to get in touch with the petitioners and pleads no instructions.
