(ORAL ) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'the Cr.P.C.)' praying for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.29 dated 29.03.2018, under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Rampura City, District Bathinda.

On 26.4.2018, while issuing notice of motion, interim protection was granted to the petitioners subject to their joining RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2020.01.15 15:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Baldev Singh, states that the petitioners have joined investigation and have fully cooperated with the investigation process and that they are no more required for further custodial interrogation.
