Learned counsel for the State submits that he has instructions to state that the Punjab Government shall examine the matter on administrative side with regard to enhancement of the pay-scales of the member of the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC).

We expect the State Government to take a pragmatic view considering the averments made and then the respondents to decide the legal notice Annexure P-11 within a period of four weeks. 3.

The present writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
