(ORAL ) Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that only prayer which the petitioner is making in the present case is with regard to the conclusion of departmental proceedings initiated against the petitioner in pursuance of charge sheet dated 17.12.2020 (Annexure P-12) in a time bound manner. He further submitted that proceedings were initiated against 5 persons including the petitioner and one person namely Bakhshish Singh had filed a writ petition in this Court vide CWP No.6468 of 2021 and a Coordinate Bench of this Court had disposed of the said petition on the basis of statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents that departmental proceedings will be concluded within a RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2021.04.08 15:43 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Notice of motion.

Dr.Puneet Kaur Sekhon, Advocate with Ms.Puneet Walia, Advocate, has caused appearance and accepted notice on behalf of all the respondents and on instructions, has stated that the departmental proceedings against the petitioner would be concluded within a period of three months.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, he does not wish to press the present petition.

In view of above, the present petition stands disposed of accordingly.
