(Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to promote the petitioner against the post meant for mechanical category as Superintending Engineer in Haryana Irrigation and Water Resources Department in accordance with notification dated 13.12.2019, Annexure P-2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.1 is directed to decide the pending legal notice, dated 27.03.2023, Annexure P-9, in a specified period.
