Main Case Today at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise all the points raised herein before the trial Court at appropriate stage including his plea to the effect that no offence under Section 307 IPC is made out and that FIR has been falsely registered and there is no evidence worth credence to support the allegations.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
