"#  $ Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner Rajan alias Laddi alias Rajan Kumar in case FIR No.219 dated 10.12.2014 registered at Police Station Dinanagar, District Gurdaspur under Section 61/1/14 of the Punjab Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in consequence of the orders of interim bail dated 14.05.2015 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigations which is not controverted by learned State counsel on instructions from HC RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.10.01 16:41 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



   Parkash Singh, Police Station Dinanagar, District Gurdaspur who submits that nothing has been recovered from the petitioner and is no longer required for further investigation and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute.

In the light of what has been stated above, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 14.05.2015 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The petition stands disposed off accordingly. #  !
