(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Sections 482 Cr.P.C. is for the issuance of appropriate directions to the official respondents especially respondent No.3 to produce the status report regarding the action taken against the accused in FIR No.247 dated 26.10.2019 under Sections 307, 427, 148, 149, 120-B IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 alongwith the issuance of directions to respondent No.3 to take appropriate legal action against the police officials.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the State submits that after conducting of investigation, a cancellation report was submitted on 02.04.2021 which has not been accepted by the Magistrate and has been sent back for further investigation.
