This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 49 dated 09.04.2015 under Sections 363, 366-A, 120-B IPC at Police Station Adampur, District Jalandhar (Punjab).

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from SI Harjinderjeet Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated May 14, 2015, petitioners have joined the investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated May 14, 2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
