(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Paramjit Singh, submits that this petition seeking quashing of FIR No. 63 dated 30.03.2016 under Sections 363/366A IPC registered at Police Station Dera Bassi, District SAS Nagar, has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has since been convicted by the learned trial Court on 09.01.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Ordered accordingly.
