After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise all his pleas before the trial court at the appropriate stage. He, however, submits that personal appearance of the petitioner may be exempted before the trial court during trial.
Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. In case any application for exemption from personal appearance is moved by petitioner, same shall be considered by the trial court in accordance with law. Trial court may consider the exemption of personal appearance of the petitioner except on the dates it is necessary.
