RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to hand over investigation in case FIR No.05 dated 09.01.2018 registered under Sections 302, 307, 506, 336, 148, 149 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Valtoha, District Tarn Taran, to some independent agency. Learned State counsel contends that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that during investigation respondents No.4 and 10 were found innocent, whereas respondents No.6 and 9 have been declared proclaimed offenders by the trial Court vide order dated 01.03.2019, final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. has been filed against respondents No.5 and 7, whereas warrants of arrest have been issued against respondent No.8, who has also been declared as an accused.
