At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner pleads no instructions from the petitioner and submits that despite his best efforts, he could not even locate the petitioner. 3.
Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 4.
All pending application(s), if any, shall also stand closed. 5.
A copy of this order be sent to the petitioner at the address as mentioned in the Memo of Parties.
