The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent No.1 to 4 to address complaint dated 26.11.2025 (Annexure P-3) which was registered on Grievances Redressal and Monitoring System, Haryana on 26.11.2025; and his representation dated 23.12.2025 seeking an appropriate action with respect to violation of transfer policy and misuse of position.

The petitioner is claiming that respondent No.7-Mohammed Idris, Deputy Ranger, Forest Department has been posted in violation of transfer policy. He is posted at a distance of less than 20 Miles from his native place which is in clear violation of Departmental Transfer Rules. 3.
