JASWANT SINGH, J (Oral) Prayer is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.124 dated 29.3.2014 under Sections 328/392/394/411 IPC and Sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, P.S Pataudi. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly concedes that the entire evidence is over and the case is listed for arguments on 28.1.2016 before the trial Court.

In the light of the case being at the fag end of the trial, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
