R.P. NAGRATH, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 95 dated 28.04.2015 registered under Sections 306/494/34 IPC at Police Station City, Barnala, District Barnala.

None has put in appearance for the petitioner. On instructions from SI Harjinder Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner himself surrendered before the Investigating Agency on 17.05.2015 and he was produced in the Court of learned Magistrate.

In view of the above, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and disposed of as such.
