NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioners to challenge the summoning order by filing criminal revision petition before the Court of Session at the first instance.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.
