PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 and 2 to get re-investigated the case FIR No.52 dated 03.02.2014 registered under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act and Section 120-B IPC from some independent agency or CBI.

There are serious allegations against the petitioner. Even the investigation is complete and challan has been presented. Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the objections before the trial Court. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
