(Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to grant 1st ACP after completion of 10 years regular satisfactory service w.e.f 01.07.2002 in the revised scale instead of 24.02.2003 in the same manner as granted to similar situated employee Partap Singh Linemen.

It has remained undisputed that the relief sought by the petitioner in the present writ petition had already been sought by another petitioner of the same department before this Court in CWP No. 174 of 2019 titled as Raj Kumar vs. UHBVNL Panchkula and others, decided on 10.01.2019, which stands disposed of by giving direction to the respondents to pass final order on the legal notice in accordance with law, within a period of four months. Therefore, for the parity of reasoning, this petition is disposed of in terms of the order/judgment dated 10.01.2019 rendered in CWP No. 174 of 2019. Accordingly, the respondents shall pass final order on the legal notice dated 22.11.2018 (P-6) in accordance with law, within a period of four months and thereafter, the respondents shall inform this Court about the order passed on the legal notice.
