#  Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner Jaman Singh in case FIR No.74 dated 03.03.2015 registered at Police Station Bhupani, District Faridabad under Sections 376/506/3549D IPC and Sections 669A/679A of the I.T. Act.

   Learned State Counsel, on instructions from SI Sumitra, Police Station Bhupani, District Faridabad submits that there is no evidence as to the offence of rape that has come in the medical and that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 14.05.2015 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

The petition stands disposed off accordingly.
