ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail in criminal complaint No.50734 of 2013 dated 06.06.2013 titled as Rajan Chopra vs Uma Wati.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 23.03.2017, the petitioner has already appeared before the trial Court on 28.03.2017 and the trial Court has released the petitioner on furnishing bail/surety bonds on interim bail. Counsel for the petitioner submits that since then, the petitioner is regularly appearing before the trial Court and has not misused the concession of bail. A perusal of the report submitted by the Registry show that service of respondent No.2 is complete, however, there is no representation on his behalf.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 23.03.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions Mohd. Yakub 2017.09.19 16:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
