In case the allegations levelled therein are found to be well founded, then requisite steps be taken thereupon as warranted under law at the earliest. It is further directed that in case any application is filed by the petitioner in respect of his alleged threat perception, the same shall be got examined by respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Rural Ludhiana.
