RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) 1.

Present petition has been filed praying for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.62, dated 15.01.2025, under Sections (61)(1)(a) of Excise Act, registered at Police Station HSENB Yamuna Nagar. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he does not want to press this petition and the same may be dismissed as such. However, he prays that the petitioner may be granted liberty to surrender and file an appropriate application for bail before the trial Court with direction to learned trial Court to decide his bail application in a time bound manner.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty aforesaid. In case the petitioner surrenders and applies for regular bail before the concerned Court within seven days from today, then the Court concerned would decide the same expeditiously preferably within ten days from the date of its filing, in accordance with law.
