RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to official respondents to take appropriate legal action against the private respondents by directing them to take a conscious decision on the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.01.2023, Annexure P-4, with a further prayer to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the private respondents.

It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 22.01.2023, Annexure P-4, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State. After hearing counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. the Senior MEENU 2023.03.10 15:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
