The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 124 dated 09.07.2023 under Sections 304 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Sidhwan Bet, Ludhiana. 2.

Custody certificate of the petitioner has been filed by learned State counsel in Court today, which is taken on record. 3.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case and finding that this Court is not inclined to grant the concession of regular bail to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
