The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above has come up before this Court under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, [BNSS], seeking anticipatory bail.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, he could not disclose the criminal antecedents and wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh with better particulars.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. In case, petitioner wants to add any other facts, he may do so. It is clarified that filing and withdrawal of present petition shall not come in the way of the petitioner. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
