The present appeal pertains to the year 1991. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. Notice of the appeal was sent to the appellant since none was appearing on his behalf. Service was also ordered to be effected through ordinary process as well as by way of affixation. The sole appellant could not be served due to incomplete address. The only address available in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court is the one on which the notice has been sent.
