AJAY TEWARI, J (ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case F.I.R. No.218 dated 15.4.2015 registered under Sections 384/379/120-B IPC at Police Station Sadar Fatehabad.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with the prayer that the petitioner would surrender before the learned trial Court and move an application for regular bail, which may be decided by it expeditiously. I find the request to be fair.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. In case, the petitioner surrenders before the learned trial Court within seven days from today and files a petition for regular bail, the same shall be decided within another three days.
