Seeking quashing of FIR No.12 dated 27.04.2023 registered under Sections 418, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC and 7/7A of PC Act at Police Station ACB Hisar, District Hisar, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh.
