Learned counsel for the petitioner-State submits that the present petition was filed 24 years ago challenging the impugned award dated 12.08.1998 (Annexurte P-6) and respondent No. 1 has not put in appearance despite service. Learned counsel for the petitioner-State further submits that as there is no interim order and respondent No. 1 has also not initiated any execution proceedings so far, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to revive the present petition in case, the respondent No. 1 initiate any action for the execution of the impugned order dated 12.08.1998 (Annexurte P-6). 2.

Ordered accordingly.

Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, stands disposed of.
